eSIM activation failed after update on iPhone

After the update, the network is gone, and I can't add esim because it says activation failed. What should I do in this case?

Get your provider to send a fresh eSIM activation email (or however they do it)

When it arrrives you can tap and hold the QR code to start activation.

After that

Settings, Apps, Messages, turn off iMessage,

Settings, Apps, Facetime, turn off Facetime,

Power down the phone.

Turn it on again.

Settings, Apps, Messages, turn on iMessage,

Settings, Apps, Facetime, turn on Facetime
