my apple tv+ subscription was working fine on my roku device then it stopped working the other day.8/10/24
all the other apps work on roku. i restarted and updated everything. all the previews work on apple app but as soon as i go to a show or even try to sign in it says "not available" i can watch on my computer and phone but not my tv! wtf apple?!!!

chatted with apple support and they recommended going to roku app advanced settings and restart system connections. it signs you out of the wifi connection and all the apps on roku so you will have to sign back in to all apps but it worked. hope it helps

Delete the Apple TV from your ROKU TV and download it again. This has been reported many times by those with a ROKU TV.
I did that initially and it didn’t help. I had to go into Roku settings and restart the whole system then sign back in to all the apps
Glad you got it fixed. Both redownloading the app and factory resetting the ROKU TV have worked for other users, but I always start with redownloading the app so you do not have to sign back in to all of your apps, if you don't need to. I wasn't aware that you had already redownloaded the app.
