Apple Pay refund isn’t showing up on bank statement

I recently bought something with my Apple Pay online, I ended up needing a refund. They said they processed the refund through Apple Pay but it is not showing up on my bank statement. Is there a way you can help with that? Or see a problem of why it maybe didn’t process the refund. Thank you!
