Not seeing option of Chroma 4:4:4 on latest Apple 4K TV
I have latest Apple 4K TV, with Samsung 8K NEO TV and 8K HDMI cable. I am not seeing chroma 4:4:4 option. Is this supported in Apple TV? If yes, What I might be missing

Yes it is. Adjust video settings - Adjust video and audio settings on Apple TV - Apple Support
I suppose one of your settings could be such that chroma 4:4:4 may not be applicable.
E.g., chroma subsampling options are available for YCbCr colorspace, not RGB.
E.g., the HDMI connection might go through equipment that doesn’t support HDMI 2.1.
In the end, it doesn’t matter all that much, as all streaming video is in 4:2:0 chroma anyway. So only non-video GUI sections can benefit from 4:4:4.
