Purchased movies off of my phone on the Apple TV app. We have Family sharing and my child on her own account iPad has access to our Apple TV as we have the Apple one subscription. The movies I bought show on my phone and our tv but not her iPad!
How can I get the movies I bought for her to show on her Apple TV as well?

If the movies are specifically purchased for her, then you should consider buying it on her account. It will then be much easier to access for her, and also not fill your own account with content that you are personally not so deeply interested in.
