printing from Mac

I have a client with 2 Sharp printers installed - MX-7080 and M5171 - and she can't print to either of them. The 7080 does have a Fiery interface. If she imports a PDF to Fiery, that will print, but nothing from Word and no test pages etc. When she goes to print, it shows her 4 or 5 jobs in the queue. They all spool through as though printing, but nothing prints. I've checked to see she is on the same network as the printer, which she is, and the printer is responsive to a ping. Her coworker, right next door, is able to print to the same printer with no problem. I'm open to any thoughts.
