What should do if my Apple Watch is hurting the tendons in my wrist?

Hi , I’m having a health challenge due to the apple 9series wrist watch. It’s not tight on my wrist yet my tendons are hurting and swollen with a shocking sensation. I took off the watch from my left wrist to the right wrist and it’s still the same . What is happening???

I too think it would be a wise idea to seek the advice of your primary care physician. I know from being a Watch wearer for 50+ years that carpal tunnel syndrome is a common affliction that watch wearers (and the general population) encounter.

My first wife and my current wife both worked in the medical field and suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome. It’s a repetitive motion issue and wearing a watch can exacerbate the condition.
