Whenever i take a live photo on ring mode, there is always a small sound that plays, This sound also plays when you stop recording a video. I dont know how to turn it off. I have a japanese Iphone 15 pro but im not in japan, ive checked my friend’s and family’s same phones, they do not have such problem. Please help

According to a few news sources that I found, Japanese iPhones have a mandatory shutter sound to prevent privacy issues like secret filming. The articles mentioned that this is made mandatory by Japanese government.

As the previous answer explained, if the phone was intended for sale in Japan (and a couple of other countries), there is a shutter sound that can't be turned off. It doesn't matter where you are now.

Yes it is. The sound will remain on your Japanese iPhone.
As so many countries now force cell device makers to make special models for in-country sales, it points out the advantages in buying in your home country.
Also, and partly because of such mandates, Apple warranty service is valid only in the country of purchase. A service provider in country A may not be able to get parts compatible with a phone with mandates sold in country B.
