Hi, I previously deleted the App Store app and denied access to install apps via screen time.
I tried reversing this but the App Store app is not coming back. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it back? I tried updating to 17.6.1 as well with no luck

Go to Settings > Screen Time, and try shutting off Share Across Devices. If that doesn't work, shut off Content & Privacy Restrictions entirely to test at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Follow up by Force Restarting your phone. It may take a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence of the key presses correct and the last step of holding the side button until the Apple logo appears could take up to 20 seconds. Ignore anything else on the screen during that time.

I skipped the share across devices and did this step:
