How can I change my alphabetizing preferences in iTunes library?

I'm really picky about how my library is sorted. I'm noticing that since starting my transition away from Spotify, iTunes will alphabetize artists differently. Is there a way I can change / personalize this?

For example, bands that have the word "A" at the beginning of their name (A Sunny Day In Glasgow, A Day To Remember, etc.) will be sorted to the first letter of the second word (example A Sunny Day In Glasgow is in the S section, A Day To Remember is in the D section, etc.)
