iPhone mini 13, iOS 17.6 keeps beeping when being charged. I’ve changed cords, used different outlets, all to o avail. Please help so I can charge my phone AND sleep in the same room.

I agree with Johnathan Burger on this. You probably need to have Apple look at it:

However, there is one more thing you can try. Under a strong light, with a magnifier if you have one, carefully examine the charging port for lint or other debris. It's really astonishing how much stuff can get jammed back there. And every time you plug in the charger, it gets pushed further back. It can eventually prevent the cable from making proper contact. Use a wooden toothpick or other non-conductive tool to CAREFULLY remove anything that's gotten lodged in the back or the port.

The beeping sound is definitely the same one as when first inserting the cable into the port. Something does seem to be interfering with solid contact. If cleaning out the port doesn’t take care of it it’ll definitely need to be looked at by Apple.

If your phone is beeping repeatedly with the charging sound while it's plugged in, it could indicate a problem. This issue might be related to the power source, the cable, the power line, or the phone itself. Alternatively, the beeping could be a different alert unrelated to charging. Normally, a phone should beep only once when you plug it in, and only beep again if the charging connection is interrupted and then reestablished.

Something is wrong with your phone.
if you have already swapped out the charger and cable, take your phone in to have it tested.
