Apple says it's not returnable or it's been too long. They give a 14 day return. And today is only the eighth day.

Any product from Apple that has been purchased within 14 days of the day you received it can be returned, no questions asked. You either have gone over the return period or you didn’t buy it from Apple.

Take it with the original sales receipt to the specific store you had purchased it from and ask. ☺️

I do appreciate your reply very, very much. Yes I did buy it from Apple only 8 days ago. I suspect the info on their website is incorrect. There were definitely some inconsistencies on different pages of the Appke website regarding returns. In one place it said all Apple products were returnable within 14 days yet in another place it said the case was not returnable....
t@Thank you again. I will mist likely bring the product in to my local Apple store for a refund. I am relieved at your reply, which tracks with the product information included in the package! The entire thing was very confusing and I will ask Apple to clarify their webpage....
