I'm on the Apple TV subscription by accident,(maybe via a promotion or trial dialog)
However I never used it. For now it has cost my money since April, 2024.
I tried to request refund. But only July and August are eligble for refund, so that why I'm asking here for all the subscription since April to refund.

is rejected by them then your options is to complain using their feedback channels
