i cant downloading and updating from the appstore
i cant get rid of the apple id on the appstore to which i dont even know the owner

Delete the app that is asking for a different ID. If you want to still use it, download it with your account. If you do not know which app is asking for the account, switch to manually updating apps and update them one by one until you find the one(s) that ask for the other ID.
