My iPhone 14 Plus goes into zoom mode all by itself

My iPhone + sometimes goes into zoom mode all by itself. The screen is immobilized and can’t be accessed. Can’t turn it off due to screen zoom not allowing to swipe far enough due to icon size. Is there anyway to disable it when it gets in this unusable mode?
