ordered a custom MBP from istorm in Greece and still in processing after 10 weeks

I Purchased a custom MBP 10 weeks ago and still I cant get any answer from the distributor in Greek to my orders progress. I purchased via storm part of quest group. to date I have no visibility of any progress and its now really causing me major issues with my work. what annoys me the most is that I purchased it on the proviso its was 4-6 weeks. while this is the first time I have had such bad service trying to buy apple. what is more disturbing is that I have no escalation path to get this resolved. Im sure my order is lost in the ether. can anyone suggest any formal path I can take to get this escalated

tried that for 10 weeks with no avail.. I went in today and asked for a refund which I should apparently have tomorrow. my issues now is finding which country will ship to Greece. Greece has one Apple distribution channel ( Isquare) so any other store I buy from will have to go via them as well. it makes it very difficult to buy BPO orders here.
