I have apple pay active on my iphone13 with a french based debit card and a french based amex card. Can I add a USA based debit card to the same apple wallet?

They probably aren’t going to say much. They’ll tell you it’s a bank issue. If you decide to work through this issue, just post a reply. But if the error message you receive after trying to add a card is contact the bank. Apple will tell you the same.
Thanks Jeff. Just got off the phone with the bank, and they said the problem is not on their end. So that is why I am trying the Apple end at the moment.

Yup - currently have two cards on apple pay which work fine. Both are France based. Trying to add the US based card is what is causing the issue. Will call Apple.
