I have recently had great difficulty using this keyboard as the curser randomly jumps to another part of whatever doc or screen I am using.

Can I repair or replace

AFAIK, Apple does not repair these keyboards. As such, you have the option to purchase another one, or get one from another manufacturer, like Logitech.

However, before getting a replacement, you have a few options you can try first:

  • Option #1: Reset the Magic keyboard.

1. Ensure that your keyboard is connected to your device.

2. Hold down the Shift and Option keys on your keyboard.

3. While holding these keys, click on the Bluetooth icon in your menu bar.

4. Scroll down to the Magic Keyboard in the list of devices, and then, click on "Factory Reset."
