Mac Pro, Finder side bar showing "iCloud" and not fully loaded but stopped. Click on information circle (see attached) Will not continue download. I've rebooted and other things. Two hours with Apple support did not remedy this situation.

Okay it is fixed and this is what I did. Since iCloud stopped or sync stopped (see photo sent above), photos shows some empty clouds but photos are there. So I moved the photos to USB and deleted the photos showing empty clouds in iCloud. (Note: I'm using iDrive and not iPhotos because the photos are in a file... Then I downloaded the photos from the USB and the sync worked.
