My iPhone 14 camera lens isn’t working properly is there a fix?

A few months ago my camera stopped working completely then worked for a week then stopped again recently worked out my 0.5 lens works however when I take an image it all messed up is the a way to fix this as I’m not sure if it a hardware issue or software due to the image looking fine before being taken

I have done updates and hard resets and nothing works . I’ve seen this problem with the IPhone 11 Pro. Why am I having this problem. Please help. Do I need to take my phone to Apple ?

iPhone 14 Pro camera issue in ultra-wide and macro modes my I’m having this issue and can’t tell whether it’s the lens or the camera itself it only appears on 0.5x (ultra wide) and (macro mode) LMK iPhone 14 Pro never had lens protector
