How can I change my Apple ID region back to India?

At one time I believe there was a 90 day waiting period before you could change your region again, but cannot find any official documentation on that. Maybe someone else will be able to chime in with their experience or be able to confirm or deny if that is still the case.

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes and turn on.

- If the device is managed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management), contact the IT department that is doing the managing.

Indeed there was a waiting time but Apple removed any mention of that from its support article many years ago. I haven't seen any posts mentioning a waiting time in several years so I too think there no longer is one. Apple may have introduced alternative checks on country hopping.

Thanks for the updated info. It seems like it was just yesterday, but I am finding that to be the case with a lot of things nowadays.
