Finder sees the device but no information

Having issues with iPhone 11. Trying to restore device after the Apple symbol just keeps blinking. I have followed steps to put phone into restore mode which the Mac detects the device in Finder.

The first time I did this it came up with two options to Update or restore. After a few minutes this disappeared and now this information is not showing.

New iphone setup, software update interrupted,stuck on Hello screen We obtained an erased iPhone 15 Pro from our daughter. I tried to use Quick Start to transfer data from my wife's iPhone 13 Pro. All was going well until it needed a software update. It went through this process, but stopped when a network connection was required. After about 30 minutes, I switched off and on. However, it will now not go past the Hello screen - the passcode page flashes up, then disappears, also the switch off page does the same. I let the battery run down, switched it on, no change. I attached it to my Windows PC Apple app via a cable, but it did not connect to the device. Have I irretrievably corrupted the software?

My new iPhone is stuck on "Hello" screen after data transfer I purchased an iPhone and transferred data from my old iPhone. The phone does not go past “hello” . I’ve tried to access through iCloud and iTunes but the device is not recognized. The company require s I erase before returning but I can’t do it because I can’t access the device. Disconnect the phone from the Mac

Restart the Mac

Connect the phone to the Mac again

If no luck, perform a Forced Restart on the phone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If still no luck after a few tries, it is off to the Apple Store or authorized Apple service shop.

Thank you. I followed your instructions and it worked, however it threw me an error code 4013 which I believe is a software problem. Onto a new phone now.

It's always good to come here and find some of the basics out. I appreciate the help :)
