Disheartened: My 3-Month-Old iPhone Failed, Told to Settle for a Repair Instead of a Replacement

I recently purchased a brand new iPhone, and unfortunately, it's not functioning properly after just three months. When I visited the Apple Store, I was informed that the device needs to be repaired. This news has been quite disappointing, as I expected a new device to be free from issues for a longer period.

I am concerned about the repair process and feel anxious about using a repaired device so soon after purchase. I chose Apple for its reputation for quality and customer care, and I hoped for a more seamless experience. The response from the customer relations officer, which seemed more focused on company policy than on addressing my concerns, added to my frustration.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue in a manner that reflects the investment I made and the trust I placed in Apple. Thank you for your understanding and support

iPhone 15, iOS 17
