Unable to open Apple TV+ on one of my two tv- 's

I discovered in July that my credit card was being charged twice per month for the $9.99 subscription. The bank credited my account with the overpayments so that I am now only paying $9.99 one time per month. I can access my subscription on my bedroom tv but when try to access on our living room tv, it says my subscription was cancelled. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?

Verify that both TVs use the same Apple ID account, or that both Apple ID accounts are joined in a Family Sharing group. Two independent accounts is the only thing that I can think of that matches your description.
