Old Macbook Unused for 2 Years is Unresponsive

My mac has been quite frequently used up until around 2 years ago. I haven't used it since but I need to for my classes. I got it out of storage but now even plugging it it, there is no symbol of needing to be charged and it is unresponsive. I have tried shift+option+command+power but that did not work.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.3

If you leave a lithium-ion battery in an uncharged state for a long time, you may permanently damage it, even to the point where it won't take a charge. I'd suggest you take it to Apple for evaluation:
