i bought robucks twice today and it wasn’t until the second time i realized i was buying it with the apple pay but the the problem is i haven’t verified my account so it’s not supposed to let me use it right??? i can’t remember if i connected my bank card to apple pay but even if i did its letting me pay but it doesnt show my transactions nor take money from my bank so my question is where is it taking money from??

Apple probably hasn’t processed the charges yet. Which is why you haven’t seen the funds move from your account. Apple may delay processing a payment 24 to 48 hours.
If you have any funds in your Apple Account, that’s the first source, then it’s the order you have your payment methods stacked, if you have multiple sources. Apple Pay is not a source, but and credit and/or debit cards you’ve added might be a source. Apple Cash is also a potential source.
