Hello, you should get a message that your iPhone battery is low when it is at 20%, but if you want a notification telling you that it is low at, for example, 30%, do the following steps:
Install shortcuts app on App Store
At the bottom of the app, you will see "Automation" button, click it.
Then click the + symbol and search for battery level.
Choose the battery level in which you will want the notification, so 30% and press on next.
Scroll right on the "Get started" section, find Show notification and click on it.
On "Hello world", write the message you want your phone to display and press done.
