Cannot Sync my Windows 11 PC Outlook Calendar and/or Contacts to my iPhone 13 using iTunes for Windows

In spite of prior moving all my personal and iTunes directory music libraries to my new Windows 11 / Outlook platform, the latest version of iTunes on my Windows 11 PC will not recognize my fully updated iPhone 13. A side note is that like with my older PC, the new PC does see the iPhone 13 and offers a dialog window to state what I want to do (i.e. move files, download music, etc.), but iTunes still does not recognize the iPhone 13.

Having the newer Apple apps that are designed to replace iTunes appears to cause big problems.

The recommendation from some experts is to uninstall:

iCloud app,
Apple Music,
Apple TV
and the new Devices app.

Reboot then install iTunes from the Microsoft store...

I'm still on Win10 so not certain that will work ...
