When my family and I first created our apple accounts to all have apple music, we created our accounts with a birthday in 2019. Now we are unable to create or sign into accounts using Apple ID. Is there any way to change our ages from a child account to an adult account?

You will need to update the birthday associated with your Apple ID. Keep in mind that, you should always enter your accurate and correct personal information to Apple, or it will have these kinds of repercussions later on.

You will need to contact Apple support and ask them to update the birth dates now.
There is no way to directly update birth dates that are under 13 years of age.

Birthdays under 13 years of age will need to be updated by Apple Support, as stated. Now you know to always use your accurate personal information, and check twice if needed!

Many people create factious birthdates thinking it protects their online identity. It also can cause issues with credit reports and all kinds of information banks use.
Better off to use your accurate personal information, or else these kinds of repercussions come up.
Yes I am aware. Using the incorrent information was completely accidental. the birthday on the account is set to the date we made the account.
