Manage Access for HomeKit Lock

I want to buy a HomeKit lock with HomeKeys and a keypad (Aqara U200). Can I set it so that certain people in my home (invited people, not guests) cannot unlock this lock, i.e. cannot set a PIN or create a Home Key?
