Where's the keyboard on my phone screen? Using app on phone, asked to press 1 for a callback but there was no keyboard for me to use. Couldn't get

I ended up calling the support phone number since the app couldn't be used without a visible keyboard so I could respond to the prompts.

iPhone 14, iOS 17

While a call is active, and you're in the Phone app, on the screen corresponding to the call, you should see a screen that looks like this:

You can tap on the keypad icon (top center) to switch to a keypad screen to respond to those kinds of prompts.
