Green call button difficult to press on iPhone keypad
every time I go to the keypad It looks like this and is fiddly to press the green call button.

This bug has been reported before and I suggest you also do so through the feedback link to Apple below:
In the meantime, you can try a Forced Restart to see if that fixes it.
- Press and quickly release the Volume Up Button
- Press and quickly release the Volume Down Button
- Press and hold the Side Button until you see the Apple Logo

And by going to the Calls page then in the top right corner selecting the three lines icon, you can switch to the Unified View which should display the call icon.
