Keypad not working properly

When I am on a call and asked to push one to be connected to customer service, the number one on the keypad doesn't work. How can I fix this?

Hello hperrin923,

To check if the issue is just with the keypad, and not that specific section of the screen, we'd advise opening another app like Maps for example and testing if the same section of the screen works when you tap in that area.

If it seems to be just when you are using the keypad, make sure that you have the Keypad itself selected on the bottom row of icons. If it persists, try restarting your device:

Restart your iPhone

“1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

We hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist with anything else at all. Take care.
