The difference in battery levels of the airpods 3

So I recently purchased a macbook air m2 16 256 and got an airpods 3 with the apple back to school offer .However I noticed something strange from the past 2 week .There is a significant difference in the battery level of both the airpods . For example if I start using both the airpods when they are at 100% , after using sometime while the left airpods will be at 100% the right one will be at 93 or 92% ..Is this normal ?
