How can I get my readings from my Libre 3 on my watch?

I may have answered too quickly. I don't believe there is any direct support for the Watch.

Yes, I feared the same. The people that would know for certain are the Libra support team. My understanding is their support is spotty, with some models having support, yet newer devices having no support. It makes no sense, I know.

Truthfully I do not know for a fact. Guess I will know if and when I can get readings on my watch. It has the latest Watch OS
