Seeing what game save data is linked to my Apple ID

This may be a bit of an odd ask, but here goes: I recently set up my own Apple ID (let's call it A) as I'd been sharing one with my family for a number of years. However, I believe that a game I'm trying to recover my account on has my data linked to the shared Apple ID (and let's call this one B). This is NOT an Apple Arcade game. Issue is, I can't download the game on a device with Apple ID B because it takes up too much storage, and I've already gone and made as much room as possible without deleting any necessities/things that I can't recover. My two main questions are:

• Is there a way to see a list of what game save data (NOT Apple Arcade) is linked to Apple ID B?
• If so, is there a way to transfer it to the new one, A?
