I am unable to clear history on Safari
I can’t click clear history on safari or click clear in settings no parental management is on in screen time it won’t let me clear any of my history

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content, and make sure it is on Unrestricted.
