Why is my update paused and not moving again

There is no one answer. Here are several probabilities:

• Your phone isn’t charged to at least 50%
• You don’t have enough storage to update
• Your phone is in low power mode
• You don’t have a Wi-Fi connection, or alternatively a 5G cellular connection

There are other possibilities, but these should get you started

Troubleshooting a Paused/Stalled iPhone Update:

Whatever the reason, it has stalled, and no longer can proceed with the update. So, being it is stalled, you are stuck in a Boot Loop.
