my ipad back gets hot and now the touch screen is not working
I got the battery replace. I was charging my iPad and then it got very hot and now the touch screen is not working.

Return your iPad to whoever replaced its battery.
Be aware that if the battery was replaced by anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), you will have forfeited all hardware support from Apple - and Apple Support will be unable to offer any assistance whatsoever.
