My daughters phone is smashed. I'm trying to set up an old phone and restore from the cloud. But to do that i need a code sent to her phone- its broken. I try to login to her i cloud on a pc - i cant- because i need a code thats been sent to her phone. I'm stuck in a loop- why is this so hard!

Thanks-- Have escalated but it says they'll contact me at the i cloud email address- which i cant access as i cant log into i cloud!

What does “escalated” mean exactly? Have you requested account recovery?
