How do you view items in find my, when I added an AirTag I tapped on view in find my but when I exited out then went in to see, it doesn’t show and there is no where to choose items

If using the Find My app on an iPhone, the AirTag(s) will show up on the Items tab.

Sorry, but that doesn't make any sense.
Let's double-check ... On your iPhone, tap on the Find My app. Once opened, tap on Items that appears on the bottom of the app's screen. (Note: To avoid any confusion, I am not asking you to use the Safari app (or any web browser app) to access Find My on the web.)

Ok, that would be how you would configure the Find My app on your phone, not the actual app itself.
Exit out of Settings to the main screen on your phone. You should find a "green radar screen" Find My app there.
It should look like the following:
There is no “items tab” to choose
So, you don't see something like the following on your iPhone 15?
no there is nothing like that on my iphone 15 pro
