I am trying to add Afterpay to my app list. I need help, I don't know how to do this.

Find the app in the App Library. Tap and hold on the icon. Tap "add to Home Screen".

Then you can't add it to the Home Screen.

Comes up for me when I search the App Store. If it's not available in your region, then it's not available.
