dropped calls interference... Verizon not aligning their towers--- got network extender--but still not right

Hi

I have been snuggling with 1 bar and dropped calls--now with the lte Network extender four bars--

on a call ---But it goes in and out I miss a lot of the conversation...doesn't seem to affect he person I am talking to

wondering if it is my setup.....the network extender is in the same room as computer & equipment-- it has to be because my router is there

I appreciate any help!!!
