Will adding a fan to my wireless charger still affect battery?

I know if I charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max wirelessly, the battery will degrade faster than wire charging,

but what if I put a fan on the phone to help cool down the phone while it’s wirelessly charging, will that help in solving the battery degrading problem?

Wireless charging does not degrade the battery faster. It's actually better for your battery than wired charging.

Well, a fan will help prevent overheating while charging.

Um, no.

It is not possible to stop batteries from degrading. No matter what you do, the battery will degrade.
