I used to be able to open appletv.com and log in to watch appletv. This has stopped working. I get a screen that wants me to sign up for a free trial and when I click on the person avatar, nothing happens. Did something change recently?
Please visit tv.apple.com instead 😉. Then sign in using the blue [Sign In] button.
Apple recommends using Firefox or Chrome.
Try deleting website data (cookies) for the apple.com domain, to have the browser forget previous visits and attempts and start freshly. This doesn’t affect watch history, as that is stored elsewhere (in the cloud).
