Left side of iPad is marked with dotted lines

When using my Apple Pencil 2 in Notes, it creates dotted lines or something like that when the cursor touches left side of the screen. Someone can help me? Thanks.

This is a long shot, but try going to Settings/General/Accessibility/Zoom and turning off all Zoom settings, if any are on. That's reportedly fixed the issue for at least some users.

Also, if you have a screen protector on your iPad, try removing it if possible/practical and see if that makes a difference. And make sure that the Pencil's nib is firmly screwed on.

Hope this helps.
