How can I remove a blacklist from my iPhone. Verizon blacklisted because of the account it was on but I bought my phone yrs ago ?

Who was the service with before going to Verizon? You'll need to work with them. My guess is there is a sum of money, which was owed on the accounts, which never got paid. Apple can't do anything about a blacklisted phone and this is a user to user only forum, so we can't help you either.
