When trying to print a photo from iPhone or iPad, there appears a pop up saying no air printer can be found. I never had such a problem in the past. I there a setting that should be clicked on?

I have a 7 iPhone and iPad from which I work. I have never had a problem printing photos in the past and have successfully done so recently. Now I see a pop-up that says no air printer can be found.

Is there something I should be doing?

Thank you kindly!

The typical solution for this is to first Restart your router and wait for it to come on line, then restart the printer and make sure it is connected to the WiFi network. If you still do not see the printer on the iPhone, then restart it and make sure it is connected to the same network as your printer.

I understand no one likes to hear the restart solution to a problem, but for some reason it does work in this case.
