On my MacBook Pro OS Ventura 13.4 I uploaded photos from the MacBook to Facebook and created 3 photo album on my Facebook profile... and clicked the blue "post" button .. saw a spinning loop like something was happening BUT None of the photos or albums are appearing... as though photos were not uploaded to Facebook and albums not created? What's going on? Any recommended solutions that aren't super technical?

What is the format of the photos you're trying to add to FB? Is it HEIC or JPEG? Facebook only accepts JPEG. If they are HEIC you'll have to export them to the desktop as JPEGS and not as Unmodified Originals and upload from the Desktop.

My photos are jpegs. Facebook now says they are HEIC files when they are in fact not. I've been uploading photos from the same folder processed in and exported as jpegs from PS all week and suddenly Facebook is seeing them as HEIC.
