Help! Turn on Data Roaming.

Hi, I’ve just arrived in France and am trying to use my data roaming allowance. I recently changed provider from EE to ID Mobile as I get a free roaming allowance with them. I’ve tried contacting the ID Mobile Support Tam via Twitter but they don’t seem to be either willing or able to help me. Basically, I can’t see how to turn on Data Roaming. When I was with my previous carrier (EE) I could toggle this on or off in the settings page under Mobile Data options. I’ve attached a screenshot of my wife’s Mobile Service Page (she’s still with EE) that shows this. With ID, that screen does not appear. I go into ‘Mobile Data’ and just get a ch

oice of ‘Off’ or ‘Personal’’ I’ve ticked ‘Personal’ because I don’t believe that ‘Off’ can be right, but this doesn’t help. Anyone got any ideas or help please? Screen shots attached. Many thanks for any help. I’m getting desperate!
